Shipping Information
Orders ship from US-based facilities. Discreet plain packaging with tracking provided on every order. Parcels carry no external markings and no product names on the label, so nothing on the outside of the package indicates the contents.
Shipping is available to US domestic and international destinations. Rates and available methods are calculated at checkout once the destination is entered.
Delivery Timeframes
US Domestic
Domestic orders are dispatched from US-based facilities. Typical domestic delivery runs after dispatch in the window shown for your destination. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation, so the figure you see applies to your address rather than to an average.
International
International delivery times vary by destination. Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout. Tracking is provided for all shipments, and the tracking number lets you follow the parcel after it leaves the facility.
Packaging & Discretion
Every order ships in plain packaging. The label carries no product names and the box carries no external markings indicating contents. Packaging is sealed for transit, and nothing inside the parcel identifies what was ordered.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You receive a confirmation once the order is accepted and a second message when it is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is provided by email after dispatch. You can also monitor shipment progress from your account dashboard at your account. If the tracking status has not updated for several days, that is usually normal in transit, and you can contact us if you would like us to check the shipment.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will review your case. Please include your order number so we can trace the shipment from our side. We will review each case individually and reply as soon as possible.
