Product Overview
Mastaplex is the Axiolabs drostanolone line, and both vials in it appear on this card: Mastaplex 100, which is drostanolone propionate at 100 mg/ml, and Mastaplex 200, which is drostanolone enanthate at 200 mg/ml. Both come as 10 ml multi-dose bottles, and the active compound is the same in each.
Drostanolone is a DHT-derived injectable with no capacity to aromatize. There is no water retention and no gynecomastia in its profile, and it is chosen for hardness, definition and a dry look in the final stages of a cut, or as a mild anabolic background on a longer cycle. It is rarely the base: a testosterone ester normally supplies that, and drostanolone sits beside it.
The whole decision between the two vials is injection frequency against patience. The propionate is the fast one, the enanthate the slow one, and the difference shows up in how quickly the look changes and how long the compound takes to clear afterwards.
The Two Esters Side by Side
Drostanolone propionate has a half-life of around two days by elimination figures, with one reference putting it nearer two and a half. That means injections every other day, a kick-in of one to two weeks and a look that gets drier and harder from the second or third week. It is the vial for a pre-contest finish, where the cycle needs to be adjustable week by week.
Drostanolone enanthate runs at roughly seven to ten days, which is the standard long-ester estimate. Injections fall twice a week, the effect builds gradually from around week three to week five, and the cycle can run longer without a punishing schedule. The trade is clearance: the propionate is gone within days of the last injection, while the enanthate keeps the compound in the body for considerably longer and pushes recovery back.
Detection is measured in weeks for both, and the enanthate window is the longer of the two. Neither ester changes the compound's androgenic character, which is the part that produces most of its side effects.
Dosage Protocol
Weekly totals are listed per vial. The propionate is dosed more often, the enanthate less, and the two are not interchangeable milligram for milligram in practice.
| Propionate, first runs | 300-400 mg each week, which is 100-200 mg every other day, for 6-8 weeks |
| Propionate, advanced | 500-600 mg each week for 8-10 weeks, with many users injecting daily toward the end of a prep |
| Enanthate, first runs | 300-400 mg each week split into two injections, for 8-10 weeks |
| Enanthate, beyond | 400-600 mg weekly across 10-16 weeks, the band vendor material treats as the reference range |
| Female | Not recommended: the androgenic profile gives a high virilization risk and no female protocol is confirmed |
| Administration | Intramuscular; propionate every other day or daily, enanthate twice a week |
A testosterone ester is normally part of the plan rather than optional, because drostanolone shuts down natural production without supplying the androgen a cycle needs. Two vials on one card also means an obvious question: running both together is not a standard protocol in the sources used, and mixing them only makes the clearance timing harder to predict.
Suggested Protocols
The ester is chosen by the phase, and the partner compounds stay broadly the same.
An oral such as Stanoplex 50 Injection is sometimes added to the final weeks for extra hardness, though stacking two compounds known for joint dryness is worth thinking about before it is done.
What to Expect
- Propionate arrives in one to two weeks. On the 100 mg/ml vial the first visible hardening appears quickly, and injection frequency is the price.
- Enanthate builds by week three to five. The 200 mg/ml vial comes on gradually as the ester accumulates, with a smoother and less urgent feel.
- Dryness, not size. Vascularity and definition are the visible changes, and they only show where body fat is already low.
- Strength rises without water. The gains are dry, and bodyweight moves far less than on an aromatizing compound.
- Androgenic effects show up. Acne and scalp hair thinning are more likely in predisposed users, and both esters carry them.
- Joints can feel dry. Some users report stiffness, particularly on the higher weekly totals.
Side Effects and Management
Post-Cycle Therapy
The ester decides when recovery can begin, and the two vials on this card are almost two weeks apart on that question.
Because drostanolone does not aromatize, an inhibitor is not part of recovery here; the estrogen question belongs to the testosterone ester in the cycle. A dry compound like Trenaplex A 100 raises the same point, and stacking two dry injectables does not remove the need for a base.
Storage and Handling
Both vials are oils: room temperature, dark, upright and capped, with no freezing and no need for a fridge except in genuinely hot conditions. Wipe the stopper before each draw and use a fresh needle. The propionate vial is opened far more often than the enanthate because of the every-other-day schedule, so keep both clean and check the label each time: one is 100 mg/ml and the other is 200 mg/ml, and confusing them doubles or halves the intended dose.
Buying Mastaplex Online
Both vials sit in the Axiolabs injectable line, with ester, strength and volume given, so the propionate and the enanthate can be weighed on schedule and price before ordering. The related short-ester blends, such as Ultraplex 150, share that shelf. Parcels are plain and discreet, and domestic and international shipping options are shown with their terms, and questions about dosing, esters or how drostanolone fits with a base can be answered before checkout.
