Sermorelin is the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone releasing hormone, a fragment rather than a copy of the whole hormone. It tells the pituitary to release its own growth hormone in the natural pulse pattern, which is why it belongs to the GHRH side of peptide research and pairs so often with a ghrelin-side partner.
Generic Peptides lists it as 2 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg lyophilised vials, labelled Sermoreline on the pack. The pharmacy story is worth knowing: an injectable version existed as Geref, used for diagnosis and for growth hormone deficiency, and it was discontinued. Everything on sale now, including these vials, is research material. CJC-1295 DAC is a modified GHRH analogue built to solve the same problem this peptide suffers from.
That problem is duration. The parent molecule GHRH(1-29)-amide showed a 6.2 minute half-life in an intravenous rat study, and vendor descriptions put it at 10 to 20 minutes in general use; a settled human figure does not exist in the sources. Growth hormone release therefore arrives as a brief impulse and vanishes, so a single injection cannot cover a day. Rival ghrelin-side compounds such as Ipamorelin need several shots a day for the same reason.

Mixing follows the usual rule: bacteriostatic water added down the side of the vial, never shaken.
